Agariya Heet rakshak Manch is an organisation working with traditional salt farmers of Gujarat since 2003.
AHRM focuses to empower community know, understand their rights, responsibilities, government programmes and budget, and eventually participating effectively in planning and implementation of these programmes and welfare schemes.
Due to its efforts, today Agariya are now having district and state level empowered committee.
AHRM is currenetly associated with over 6000 families migrating to LRK from over 107 villages of surendrangar, Patan , Kutch and Morbi district.
Along with desert, AHRM is also putting efforts to improve health and education infrastructure of peripheral villages.
